Wigton, Workington, Maryport & Solway Coast
Solway NYC lead various groups across the West coast. Stretching from Wigton and Silloth to Distington and Harrington.
We run schools’ work, assemblies, prayer spaces, lessons, and well-being work. As well as after-school groups and evening small groups.
We eat together, laugh together, and have lots of fun in all we do. Each group is slightly different, because the young people are at the heart of designing their group and have a voice in how the groups are run.
We run residentials, trips and outings throughout the year. We have a very dedicated team of volunteers who give up their time to lead the groups. The groups provide lots of opportunities to be creative - from craft ideas, baking, and silly games.
