Brampton, Longtown & Surrounding Areas
NYC runs regular groups and activities across the area both weekly and monthly, these vary in style from drop-In sessions to groups that enjoy a meal together while they think about the Christian faith. Some of the groups and sessions have Christian content, while others do not.
Alongside these groups NYC regularly go into William Howard School, the local secondary school, to support the young people from across the area at break times, activities include chatting with them, playing a game of uno, or handing out our weekly quizzes. Once a week we also help run a lunch club in the school with NISCU, where we look at topics from a Christian perspective.
NYC also visits Primary Schools at various points in the year, along with running other events throughout the year including pop up activities, trips, and weekends away for young people.
